My Chemical Romance to Embark on Summer Stadium Tour in Celebration of The Black Parade

Emo music lovers have just received the news of the year this morning after a cryptic message on My Chemical Romance’s Instagram page yesterday. The Emo/Alt rock icons are set to embark on a 10 city North American tour next year to celebrate The Black Parade.

After performing the album, which Rolling Stone Magazine one of the “500 Greatest Albums of All Time,” in its entirety at this years When We Were Young Festival, the band is set to bring their seminal album to a whole new generation of fans and elder emo’s alike who will also get to experience the album in its entirety.
Each stop on the tour is set to be a unique experience for the fans as the band has hand-selected different acts to open each stop along the tour. Some of the special guests will include Alice Cooper, Wallows, Death Cab for Cutie and Evanescence among others.
