Matt Maltese Brings the 'Tour For You My Whole Life' Tour to The House of Blues in Houston

Matt Maltese performed in Houston the other night and stunned everyone in the audience with his show. Not only was the setlist fantastic, featuring standout songs like As the World Caves In and Everybody Loves You (At Least I Do), but he also took time during some songs to interact with the crowd. During his song Happy Birthday, he brought an audience member onstage who had a sign saying it was her twenty-first birthday. He sat her down in a chair, talked to her, and sang to her while a band member brought out a birthday hat and cake. I’m sure that’ll be a memory she looks back on for years to come.

On top of the interaction, the stage had great lighting. It was dark enough to set a moody tone but bright enough that I didn’t have to strain my eyes. Additionally, everyone in the band was extremely talented, feeding off each other’s energy, and Matt Maltese’s vocals were beautiful. The crowd also sang along to every song and cheered loudly when each one started and finished. It was a fantastic show, and I loved every second.

Before heading to Europe, he has one more stop in Tampa, Florida. I’d highly recommend catching the show if you’re in the area.
