Kesha Brings the Tits Out Tour to Salt Lake City for Opening night

July 7, 2025

Pop icon Kesha made her triumphant return to the stage with a sold-out performance that kicked off the Tits Out Tour in front of 25,000 screaming fans—affectionately known as “animals.” The opening night wasn’t just a concert. It was a declaration of independence and rebirth for an artist who has spent the last several years fighting for control of her voice, her art, and her legacy.

With the release of her new album Period—her first as a fully independent artist—Kesha’s tour feels less like a comeback and more like the beginning of a new era. She told the crowd, “I’m finally free to make music on my own terms,” and judging by the energy of the audience, her fans are more than ready for her new era.

Before Kesha even hit the stage, openers Slayyyter and Scissor Sisters turned up the heat, priming the crowd with a neon-lit mix of glam, electro-pop, and provocative flair. When Kesha’s voice finally echoed through the speakers, the atmosphere exploded with chants of “KESHA! KESHA!” as the pop rebel took the stage.

She emerged in a white bodysuit, channeling her early days while clutching a mannequin replica of her own head. Positioned atop a glowing pyramid, Kesha launched into a thunderous rendition of her song “TiK ToK,” followed by “Only Love Can Save Us Now.” These tracks kicked off Act 1 of what would be a five-act spectacle, each marked by dramatic costume changes and evolving emotional tones.

From glitter-soaked anthems to raw, emotionally charged ballads, the setlist served as a journey through her past, present, and unapologetic future. Whether dancing like no one was watching or dropping to her knees to belt out lyrics, Kesha reminded everyone why she remains a singular force in pop music.

The Tits Out Tour isn’t just a tour, it’s a celebration of survival. Kesha came back not only with bangers, but with a battle cry, and if opening night is any indication, this tour is set to be one of the most talked-about pop spectacles of the year.
