Heating up alongside the year itself, Big Loud Records / Back Blocks Music riser Ashley Cooke is on a skyrocket this spring. Propelled by a sophomore single speedily rising the charts in Top 20 smash “your place,” nearing 300 million global on-demand streams, a just-announced 2024 CMT Music Awards nomination for Breakthrough Female Video of the Year (“your place”), and more accolades piling high, Cooke's momentum is red-hot, sealing her place as “a promising Nashville up-and-comer” (Los Angeles Times).

Taking country radio by storm, current single “your place” is a story in and of itself. Blasting into the Top 20 in just ten weeks, the hot-rising hit puts Cooke in the company of genre titan Jelly Roll, who is the only other Top 20 artist to more recently impact country radio. “your place” recently reached No.1 on SiriusXM's The Highway Hot 30 Countdown, and Cooke is currently an iHeartCountry On The Verge artist, continuing a legacy set before her by contemporary trailblazers Lainey Wilson and Megan Moroney who are recent alumni of the prestigious program.

Billboard recognized early the “real potential (of 'your place') becoming her first radio hit.” Transcending geographical borders, the single is already showing signs of international success, debuting Top 5 on the U.K.'s Country Airplay chart and Top 3 most-added on Mediabase Canada this week.

Cooke's strides at country radio mirror her momentum across streamers, where she's Top 10 for female currents and her engaged fan base continues to grow week over week.

Bringing her critically acclaimed 2023 debut album shot in the dark to venues across 33 U.S. dates as a headliner through the top of 2024, Cooke is currently supporting Jordan Davis' Damn Good Time Tour across its worldwide trek, demonstrating why Holler calls her “a real force to be reckoned with.” See Ashley Cooke live here.

Riding a wave started by the July release of shot in the dark, Cooke catapulted into 2024 on high as a member of CMT's 2023 Next Women of Country class and the 2023 Opry NextStage class, as well as being crowned MusicRow's 2023 Discovery Artist of the Year. Just five years after entering and winning Belmont's 2019 Country Showcase as the only non-music major, Ashley Cooke's unprecedented story is only beginning to unfold.
